This course will equip participants with tools and concepts in order to prepare for leading a change, making a change, and sustaining a change for application in both their work setting and projects. Creating an engaged approach to change, quality improvement tools, acknowledging the human response to change, and leading for trust will be introduced as how we lead effective change in our organization.
