Manager Orientation is intended to develop the Manager’s understanding of their role within their department, and to become more knowledgeable about expectations and resources within Saskatoon Health Region as a whole.

The Key Accountability Learning Plan for Managers is the outline of essential orientation learning activities and tools for new and existing managers to support their accountabilities. 

Manager Orientation allows self-directed learning by in-classroom hands-on activities, e-Learning modules, as well as one-on-one support from certain areas.
